Cookie Policy
Effective and last updated:
The short version
- Our site uses only strictly necessary cookies: sign-in, security and bot protection.
- No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics trackers, no cross-site tracking.
- Our attribution snippet on customer websites uses a first-party identifier, and those businesses are responsible for disclosing it.
This summary is for convenience only. The full text below controls.
1.What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. "First-party" cookies are set by the site you are visiting; "third-party" cookies are set by other domains. This Cookie Policy explains how GetLeadsFromAI uses these technologies and supplements our Privacy Policy.
2.Cookies on our website and app
We use only technologies that are strictly necessary to provide the Service you request. Because they are essential, they cannot be switched off in our systems, but you can block them in your browser (some features will then stop working).
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
gla.session_token and related gla.* cookies | Keeps you signed in and protects your session against forgery | Up to 30 days |
gla-admin.* | Staff administrator sessions (admin subdomain only) | Up to 8 hours |
gla-business | Remembers which of your businesses you last selected in the app | 12 months |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Bot protection on the free-scan form; may read or store browser data to tell people from automated traffic. Governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy. | Session |
If we add optional cookies in the future (for example, product analytics), we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.
3.What we don't use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies or pixels.
- No third-party analytics or session-recording tools.
- No browser fingerprinting.
- No sale or sharing of cookie data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale and sharing where applicable law requires, though we do not engage in either.
4.Cookies set by the attribution snippet
Businesses that use GetLeadsFromAI may install our attribution snippet on their own websites. When a visitor arrives from an AI assistant, the snippet may store a pseudonymous visitor identifier and first-touch details (engine, time and landing page) in a first-party cookie or local storage on that business's domain for up to 30 days, so that a later form submission or phone click can be attributed. A cookieless mode is available. These businesses decide whether to use the snippet and are responsible for disclosing it in their own privacy and cookie notices and for obtaining any required consent. See our Data Processing Addendum.
5.How to control cookies
Most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies on our site will prevent you from signing in. Clearing site data removes the snippet's identifier from a business's website. Enabling Global Privacy Control in a supporting browser sends an opt-out signal to websites you visit.
6.Changes and contact
We will update this policy when our use of cookies changes. Questions? Contact privacy@getleadsfromai.com.
