Your privacy rights

Make a privacy request

Whether you have an account, ran a free scan, or got an email from us, you can ask what we hold about you and what we do with it.

  • Access or copy

    Get a copy of the personal data we hold about you, in a portable format.

  • Correction

    Fix information about you that's wrong or incomplete.

  • Deletion

    Have your data erased, unless we must keep it by law (like invoices).

  • Restriction or objection

    Limit or object to how we use your data, including follow-up emails.

Have an account? You can download or delete your data yourself in Settings → Privacy & data.

Data a business collected on its website with our snippet belongs to that business. Ask them first; if you ask us, we'll pass your request on.

We answer within one month in the EU and UK, and within 45 days in the US. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

We'll send a link to confirm it's you.

This sets which law applies and our deadline.

We only use what you enter here to handle this request, and keep a record of it for 3 years to show we answered it.
